Hello,
We are nine students from Toulouse, France and we are working on MediaWiki/Silk
as a university project under the supervision of Guillaume Paumier .

One part of our project is to upload images, for example on Wikimedia Commons,
using a KIPI plugin.

We would like to know the procedure to create such plugin.
