[Kde-imaging] [Bug 195701] do not default to "include subfolders"/no possibility to not include sub-folders

The only options available are:

"All pictures from the album"
"Selected pictures"
"Custom"

"All pictures from this folder" is still missing.

Of course it is possible to pick all pictures manually, but either the above
option or a checkbox "include sub-folders" would be a lot more comfortable.
