Yes, it is. The reason I would like to see this future is the following:

Last night I selected 2261 pictures to upload them to PicasaWeb and went to
bed. When I checked this morning, the export had stopped at file #139 and the
Exporter was waiting for me to click Continue...

In my opinion, in such cases the Exporter should try a few times and if it
keeps failing, continue automatically with the next file. When the end of the
list is reached the user should be notified of any missed files.
