[Kde-imaging] New export plugin

Hi all,

I'm finishing up a new export plugin for a photo sharing web app quite popular 
in the Czech Republic - Rajce.net.

The code is here http://sourceforge.net/projects/kipirajceexport/. It's a 
clone of the master branch of the whole kipi-plugins project.

I've got still bits and pieces to finish up on it - namely implement some error 
reporting and reformat the source to conform to the kipi-plugins style.

But I wanted to get in touch with you to ask if you'd be interested in merging 
this into kipi-plugins mainline, what would be the process for that, timing, 
etc.
