I just had an image appear to rotate by 180 degrees. However I think it is
related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=224047 in that the exif data
was for a rotation but the option to show rotation according to exif was not
ticked. So it could be that the rotation plugin is taking account the exif
rotation and rotates from that starting point thus giving the double rotation.
