Appears to be related to re-order of sequence prior to upload.  

Most likely duplicate of BZ221298 which was confirmed resolved with
kipi-plugins 1.1.0.  Currently running 1.0.0 will upgrade to current version
(1.2.0) and test before marking duplicate.
