I had similar problem here is what I did..

1. Remove all softlinks to /usr/include/qt4/phonon

2. Reinstalled anything that said phonon.. (this did not fix it just yet)

3. Then issued the following command as root
cd /usr/include
ln -s /usr/include/qt4/phonon phonon

All is good!
