I have the same problem with option for facebok. menu Export -> Export to
Facebook

I have my system in french, but a traduction of the error is 

L'appel Facebook a échoué : api.facebook.com: L'opération sur la socket a
expiré

The call Facebook failed: api.facebook.com: the operation on the socket expired
