[Kde-imaging] kipi plugins release

hi,
I had to fix some little issues in the facebook kipi plugin so that it
worked correctly for kamoso.

- when are you planning to do the next kipi plugins release?
- it's a small fix and there's now new features, probably this could go to a
patch release. how/where do I backport it?
