The page at the IPTC hyperlink does not describe the IPTC tags used in the
image format.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tell Gwenview to open the image "P1170553.jpg".
2. Tell Gwenview to edit IPTC metadata.
3. Follow the hyperlink to IPTC.

Actual Results:  
2. The metadata dialog box contains a hyperlink to IPTC.
3. The browser displays a page "International Press Telecommunications Council"
<URL:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPTC>

Expected Results:  
3. The browser should display the page "IPTC Information Interchange Model"
<URL:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPTC_Information_Interchange_Model>
