When I read "code to serve ads" in your comment, I understood immediatly: it's
the AdBlock feature that is doing this! My AdBlock settings in Firefox and in
Konqueror is way too stick and is creating this problem even if it's not
creating any problems on http://maps.google.com/ .

I've disable the adbloking in Konqueror and reinstalled the original 1.0.0
version and everything is fine now.

I'm closing this bug. Thanks for your help! I hope this bug report will help
others with the same problem.
