[Kde-imaging] Maintainers for a few KIPI plugins

Hi Gilles,

  i suppose you looking for HTML Export and Batch Image Processing  
plugin maintainer, as Aurélien write, but fell free to assign to me  
something else.

I don't have a KDE SVN account because, as I read [1], "Normally, any  
developer who has done some work on KDE can apply for a KDE SVN account"

I can apply [2] if it's the right place and if you give me the ok
