If I stick with the Kipi namespace will you still need to update the library
(Exiv2, I mean)?

As this is my first contribution to KDE and Kipi, I am making quite slow
progress and there will be some time before I actually make use of the plugin.
So far I just managed to have the stub plugin... without any functionality.
