- when opening picasawebexport then the default picasaweb name must be the name
of the current digikam album
- we mus have the ability to choose the name of an existing picasaweb album
- if the digikam album does not exist and its name is chosen then the
corresponding picasaweb album must be created automaticaly when i ask the
uploading

i have just defined how picasa software works
