I setup a vm and upload images tagged with 1.0.0 and 1.1.0. All display fine
with the corresponding minimap in picasaweb. Same for 1.2.0 svn. Could you
please provide me a link here, where you geotagged a image with 1.1.0 (which is
for you not working)
