kipi-plugins 1.0

i take a snapshot with my DC
then
i import this photo with digikam
then
i geotag this photo with digikam
then
i export this photo to picasaweb
then
i go to picasaweb
then
i display the photo
then
i see the geotag is well uploaded : there is a minimap in the right panel
then
i conclude : there is a regression from 1.0 to 1.1
