This is a well known bug of kipi-plugins 1.2.0 (I assume the version marked in
this entry is your digikam version) picasaweb exporter. This bug has been fixed
in version 1.3.0. As a workarround you can login with your picasaweb username,
not your email-address.

If the bug is still present in kipiplugins 1.3.0 free free to reopen this
bugentry.
