Gilles,

thanks for the hint to fuji super ccd sensors, but your commit break dng file 
creation for the nikon d80, as nikon also uses a bayer mosaic value of 3. You 
can find a test file under:

A sidenote: I discovered that active sensor area for nikon d80 is different 
than adobe think. Current dcraw uses a width of 2613 whereas adobe uses a 
width of 2611.
