Remember last chosen directory, use directory of first image at first attempt

In response to bug #207997: Change the behavior to initially use the directory
of the first selected image, and re-use the selected directory on subsequent
usage of the import tool. The directory is stored only once for Xmp, Iptc and
Exif, not independently.
