KDE 4 Digikam plus Kipiplugins shows only a regular file browser to select, no
tags

This is a screenshot of Mandriva 2009.1, and I already tried on cooker with the
most recent version available there (and since the first alpha, every so
often)...

Same thing, just the file browser to upload images to gallery.
