You are right in all the points of your comment, sorry, I wrote the facts not
exactly:

1. I also never need to reboot my computer after installing
2. The DNG converter works very well, inside or outside of DigiKam, sorry, I
was wrong in this point.
3. Therefore this bug is fixed and can be closed.
4. But I have now another problem: I want to convert my fotos either from DNG
or NEF in the jpg format. For this job I want to use the "batch image
converter" (in my Digikam menu in German : Stapelverarbeitung -
Bilderkonvertierung).
When I perform this step, I get an error "not successful" (German:
fehlgeschlagen) in the result row. And this is now my problem.
