Contact prints can be added easily following the TEMPLATE_HOWTO instructions.
I'd like to add one template soon. 

However there's no way to add copyright info at page level, You can add it at
photo level (caption info editing) at the moment.

A logo could be added into template, but it should be chosen into photo list.

Anyway i will see if we can add some new xml element....
