I'm sorry for the short description, I accidentally hit the Enter button.

This patch assists lazy people like me in figuring out the camera clock
inaccuracy. I've found this especially useful when matching photos to a GPS
track, where the times should be corrected with second level accuracy. When I
go on a photo trip, I usually first take a picture of my GPS unit displaying
the time, so I can compensate for drift in my camera clock.

The patch adds a dialog to let the user load a photo of a clock and tell what
time is displayed on this clock. The plugin then figures out the camera clock
difference and loads these values in the Add/Subtract fields. The rest of the
procedure is as usual.
