When I convert a CR2 image which has "Orientation=left,bottom", the resulting
jpeg image is displayed wrong because the actual image data is rotated, but the
EXIF field still says it should be rotated when displayed.

Solution:
Clear the orientation flag when copying the EXIF data from the RAW file to the
JPEG, see attached patch.
