This should work now as resize bug is fixed. Upload should work, but ensure
that "Resize" checkbox is not selected when uploading video files.

I cannot test this, as I do only have free Picasa account (1 GB), but upgrade
to 6 GB account is needed to be able to upload videos.

When confirmed that it works, this can be marked as FIXED.
