Patch to implement Zooomr export within the flickrexport kipi-plugin

As of now I've only tested this a little bit, but I'll be using it over the
next two weeks so I'll leave a note if I notice anything wrong.

I modified some, but not all, of the translations in the file
kipiplugin_flickrexport.desktop (e.g. Flickr/23 Exporter --> Flickr/23/Zooomr
Exporter) -- so some of the other languages in that file would still need to be
updated.
