[Kde-imaging] printimages optionpage (help needed)

Ok i should have fixed almost all.
I'm almost sure to have missed some tips i added
to gui (photo per pages for instance) i need to get back
them from old ui files.

Aurélien if you have time to see if it works now, i'll happy
to hear your opinion :)

P.S. now it is usable on my netbook :)

P.S.2 i will fix dialog on digikam soon.
