[Kde-imaging] [Bug 180055] Can't create new photoset: Invalid primary photo id (n)

I have read Pieter's CL for adding the per photo permission support and it
looked like he is ready to be submitting code directly to KDE.

Is it his own wish to just provide patch rather than submitting directly ?
As he is pretty active in the mailing list and SVN he would definitely be
able to handle any new issue that comes up.
