[Kde-imaging] moving kipi-plugins to kdegraphics ?

To all,

This is my plan :

- Release kipi-plugins 0.5.0 this friday 24 july (after i go to
vacancy for 2 weeks, i'm not at home)
- Kipi-plugins still in extragear for the moment.
- Release kipi-plugins 0.6.0 in september/october from extragear
before kde-imaging coding sprint event planed in Genoa.
- After coding sprint, move kipi-plugins to kdegraphics to be released
with KDE 4.4
