i try to understand the issue.
the main pb comes from common/libkipiplugins/kpwriteimage.cpp line 537 
TIFFSetField(tif, TIFFTAG_EXTRASAMPLES,    EXTRASAMPLE_ASSOCALPHA);

i commented it for test purposes and all is OK

i will try to debug more today
