[Kde-imaging] moving kipi-plugins to kdegraphics ?

Aaron,
I think to migrate kipi-plugins now in trunk is fine :
- kipi-plugins 0.4.0 is just released.
- KDE 4.3 branch is done.
To see kipi-plugins included in KDE 4.4, I just need move code,
including documentation and send a mail to kde-i18n to inform
translations teams.
It's fine for you, or i miss something ?
