[Kde-imaging] Easy testing of kipi-plugins

Back in the day I wrote a standalone application (Tripod) which held
my kipi ipod export plugin.

That said, it would be useful to have an application container for
plugins which would be useful for both testing and wrapping plugins as
standalone apps.
