i am closing this bug report  as Batch resize images is available on kipi
plugins 0.4.0 ( at least ).

Please update your mandriva as we provided in mandriva  kipi plugins 0.3.0 that
may have this and i think that we will provide kipi plugins 0.4.0 in a near
future
