[Kde-imaging] SmugMug crashes Shortcut Editor

Thanks for reporting this - will try to reproduce and look into it.
The only idea I have for now is that Smug Plugin might be different than other 
plugins, as it (since recently) register two actions: Import and Export. It 
might be that something is not than properly in this case.
