[Kde-imaging] My plugins are ready for kipi-plugins rc2

I have committed everything I could for rc2. This includes change to Facebook 
application type (from Web to Desktop), that will temporarily break Facebook 
plugin for existing users (BTW, we have more than 190 users already).

I did not have time to work on extending Flickr plugin with 23hq.com support, 
but this may be possible to add even after rc2 (it is not that intrusive 
change).

I would love to see better icons as proposed in 
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=183661 , but this needs somebody with more 
experience how to put icons in build system - probably best to put all in 
kipi-plugins/common/icons. Not sure if they should be installed under "apps" 
(as they indicate plugin, similar to dngconverter icon) or "actions" (as they 
will be used for actions).
