png library 1.2.25

i have a jpg 1.1 MB still

i convert it to png with compresss parameter

1 -> png 7.9 MB

75 -> png 6.5 MB

100 -> png 9.5 MB

strange is'nt it ?

second pb :
 there is no "0" choice for this parameter
