[Kde-imaging] Exposure Blending tool finalization...

I can not get expoblending to compile on Windows. I tried to install 
kdcraw from trunk but expoblending is still not compiled and install. 
The same is also true for dngconverter. It is not compiled, and I think 
it was in the past.
