Just a standard install from repositories: AcquireImages, Advanced Slideshow,
BatchProcessImages, Calendar, DNGConvertor, Facebook Import/Export,
FlashExport, Flickr/23/Zoomr Exporter, GPSSync, HTML Gallery, Imageviewer,
JPEGLossless, KioExportImport, Metadataedit, Picasaweb Exporter, Print Images,
RawConverter, Remote Gallery Export, SendImages, Shwup Export, SmugMug
Import/Export, TimeDateAdjust, iPodExport.

To follow-up, after I restarted digikam and attempted to upload again, I had no
issues.
