Which kipi-plugins version are you using? 
I should have added cursor busy in any transition operations. 
If i missed one, please fill a new bug report reporting which 
transition is not in.
About TEMPLATE_HOWTO, it has been released since kipi-plugins 0.8.0, 
and according cmakefile it should be installed into 
/usr/share/apps/kipiplugin_printimages
(/usr is your kdedir and depends on your distro).
If you're using mandriva since kipi-plugins 0.9.0 it has been 
moved into doc, e.g.
/usr/share/doc/kipi-plugins/printimages/.
if your distro does not ship it, and you are sure to have at least 
kipi-plugins 0.8.0, you can get it here
