So, if the image data is processed for the DNG, it may be necessary to also
adjust the (Exif) metadata, rather than just copy it.

The tests that Gustavo did with different image converters and different
metadata tools indicate that libraw and exiv2 by themselves are ok, just not
synchronized in this case.
