[Kde-imaging] [Bug 190343] send many images or attach many files to kmail e.g. too slow

I think this is a general kde problem. It also happens when you try to attach
100 files to kmail.

1. Click on new email
2. click on attach
3. select 100 files
4. 100 windows are opened to show the progress -> total slowdown
