Bug:

1. Select more than 100 images
2. Select in Kipi-Plugins Send Pictures by Mail
3. When the Program sends the pictures to kmail, it opens for each picture a
window showing the progress of attaching the pictures which results in total
slowdown as 100 windows are shown

Solution:
As Windows XP: Show the progress in ONE window instead of opening 100
