Ubuntu 8.10, Digikam 0.10.0-rc2.  KDE 4.2.0.

Select option to rotate image and I get a quick display of the dialog that it
is rotating images, however after a second or less the dialog is gone and image
is not rotate.

I have found lots of images throughout my collection of years of photos where
sometimes they rotate, other times they do not rotate. 

If I rotate this using F_SPot Photo Viewer than all is okay and it displays
with correct orientation in Digikam.
