Hi all,

This is an important changes from svn today. I have ported libkdcraw to
libraw (http://www.libraw.org)

We don't use dcraw.c started as a separate process, using KProcess. It's
faster, re-entrant (multi-threading), and of course will be very improved in
the future in a better way than dcraw project managed by Dave Coffin. In the
future for ex., parallelized raw decoding and post processing will be
implemented using OpenMT...

There is a screenshot of digiKam for KDE4 in action using libraw at this url
:

Please compile and test on your computer and report any problem in this
room.

Code is not backported to KDE3. i plan to do it when the last libkdcraw
based on dcraw.c will be released (Angelo ???), to be sure to not break
something in KDE3 (it's production...)

Thanks in advance

Gilles Caulier
