Got the patch & applied it. Now digikam-0.9.4 compiles again
with libkdcraw-0.1.6!

| Else current implementation from svn (next 0.9.5 release) is already
| fixed and compile fine.

I'm looking forward to the next release of digikam-0.9
as I'm still running KDE3!
