[Kde-imaging] digiKam 0.10.0-beta5 and kipi-plugins 0.2.0-beta3 tarballs ready to test...

Hi all,

Just before coding-sprint planed for next week end, digiKam and kipi-plugins
will be released to have few reports from users, testers, and packagers.

Tarballs are available to test at usual place. Please compile to check if
problem exists. I will upload files on SF.net area Monday or Tuesday...
