I'm attempting to send images via email using kipi-plugins from within Digikam.
 The sendimages plugin (Image -> Email images...) dialogue provides options to
send images in either PNG or JPG formats.  Selecting PNG images as input for
the plugin, and setting "JPEG" for the output image file format still produces
a PNG image. That is, requested conversion doesn't happen.

Expected result: plugin should convert image to JPG if requested by user.
