[Kde-imaging] digiKam 0.10.0-beta4 and kipi-plugins 0.2.0-beta2 tarballs ready to test...

But duing last revert from libkdcraw by aaron Segio, now digiKam cannot be
compiled with KDE 4.1...

So, i need to patch bump digikam libkdcraw depency. No other way.
