I can't do more...

Only libkexiv2 from trunk (KDE4) is fixed. libkexiv2 from KDE3 branch still as well, to preserve binary compatibility (libkexiv2 have just been released and digiKam/kipi-plugins are in beta release)

Please, check (only) kexiv2.h from trunk. All Exiv2 component are now invisible from library host program. I have also removed unecessary private methods.
