[Kde-imaging] kipi-plugins 0.1.6-beta1 release ???

Hi all,

Since i have fixed a lots bugs about FlickrExport plugins on svn, it
will fine to start a new beta release cycle.

FlickrExport plugin code is now ready to port to KDE4. I will do it in
the future.

I have started to review PicasaWebExport plugin code. I will fix too
current bugs report on B.K.O and prepare code to be ported to KDE4

Anybody is available to make 0.1.6-beta1 tarball ?
